Shipping policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature where available. If available we will offer delivery with required signature as an option. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online where the courier offers this facility.

Some products are made to order and can take up to 15 days to dispatch. If you have any queries please ask before placing an order. On occasions it might take longer to dispatch depending on global events and other uncontrollable factors.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
